Shahzad Ahmed, resident of Sidhi Sarai of Galshaheed police station area, had filed a case in the court in 2021. In which he told that a person named Akbar, a resident of his area, came to him in 2016. He told that Aaradhyam Infra Builders Company is selling plots at a very cheap price. The company is building Zoya Colony on Delhi Road.

After which company director Sachin Chaudhary, co-director Abha Chaudhary and marketing heads Mohit Pandey and Sandeep told Shahzad Ahmed that if he buys more than one plot, he will be given a huge discount. Then Shahzad Ahmed booked six plots and gave Rs 12 lakh to Sachin Choudhary, but even after a lot of time, the plots were not registered.

When I complained about this to Sachin Choudhary, he beat me and threatened to kill me. After this Sachin Chaudhary resigned from the post of director of Aaradhyam Infra Builders Company. Shahzad’s lawyer Mohammad Arif said that the complaint is being heard in the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate.

In this case, the court had summoned Sachin Chaudhary, Abha Chaudhary, and Sandeep on charges of embezzlement and threatening to kill by assault. Non-bailable warrant was issued on October 9, 2024. On Thursday, Sachin Chaudhary, Abha Chaudhary and Sandeep Singh appeared in the court.

After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court released the three accused on filing personal bonds of Rs 20,000 each.
